Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy 1.4 Henshaw Sport

Had 5 sessions of the hyperbaric chamber. The 5th one was the best as I went in with a sore head and neck and was feeling really low on energy - came out feeling brand new and energised. Head ache and neck pain gone. Fantastic!

Review For Marion Masential Therapies

I had my first ever lymphatic drainage massage with Marion Bryson (Masential Therapies) last week and although it is different to other therapies I've tried it far exceeded my expectations.
Marion immediately put me at ease and explained how this treatment works and ensured I was comfortable throughout and received good aftercare.
I slept really well that night and woke feeling lighter, more flexible and in the days following, there was a noticeable reduction in the puffiness on my face and I lost a few pounds in weight.
Really glad I went for this and continuing with sessions to get the maximum benefits.
I highly recommend Marion. She is an excellent therapist, highly skilled, with a lovely, caring and down to manner.

Looking for a holistic centre that offers a variety of treatments then this is the place, hard to find in Glasgow but have tried several of the massages and therapists and they are all really good, would definitely recommend

Milena is very kind, good to talk away with and brilliant at the job. Every time I leave feeling such relief, no pain or tension left. Highly recommend, has a laugh on top of it all. Makes sure you are ok if she thinks there is any pain even after the session, which in my case never is, just my body trying to adjust with the eventual relief. Thank you, Milena!
